The Auberge was very good to my mom. No issues. She only stated there for less than a month and now she is with our family. Visited the Auberge in Naperville. Such a nice community. The courtyard is gorgeous and they have a putting green!! The community was clean and the staff greeted us as we walked around. I wish my mom was still around. She would have loved it.

September 13, 2023Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this review for The Auberge at Naperville. Our staff strives to foster a positive community experience for all our residents, and your feedback is greatly appreciated. Thanks Isaac.
When I toured The Auberge at Naperville originally they were very kind and family oriented, but they were bought by another company and their care went downhill. There was one nurse, [name removed], who was kind, compassionate and skilled. The treatment by the rest of the staff was not good. They yelled at and berated some of the residents. They refused to work with us as our loved one's condition deteriorated. They wouldn't provide his medical records in a timely manner. It was a fiasco and I'm glad he's not there any longer.

November 16, 2022We are so happy to see this review for how accommodating our staff has been! Thank you so much for taking the time to acknowledge the service your loved one received, and we look forward to serving you for many more years. Thanks!
One thing we really did like is how the integrate everybody, but towards the end of our loved one stay we had a negative experience with hospice and covid.

This community was really good and it was one of my favorites. The community that we went with just had more things that we were looking for in a community.
We chose The Auberge because of the courtyard, our loved one likes to wander and so is he able to go in and out as he pleases and does not feel trapped. The front desk lady [name removed] is a very kind and I think it is overall a nice place. I would recommend to others.

[name removed], gets a lot of credit for my decision to leave [community name removed[ here on a permanent basis at the end of her two respite weeks. Her way of describing the community and answering my questions was so warm and understanding as well as informational. If "marketing by building relationships' is a good, [name removed] is excellent. I cannot describe how much i appreciate her

We just moved my father due to lack of care. When we could see my father his clothes, shoes and face were always dirty. I have pictures and I sent 1 to the director and he never responded. My father would have blood under his fingernails. Before covid I witnessed several things such as a resident had his pants on backwards so they kept falling to the ground. This went on for quite a while. The staff laughed at him. I went upfront and reported it. On another occasion I witnessed a resident that kept asking for help. They ignored her and then finally just went and put her in her room. Frontier assured us that they were going to operate with more activities. The only thing I witnessed on the supportive side was poor [name removed] (very caring employee) talking to and reading the paper with residents. Very few of the staff is still there. I lost all trust due to lack of communication! My delay in moving was covid but I just couldn't leave my Dad there any longer!

November 9, 2020Sue, it was an honor to have your father at The Auberge. We will miss him, your visits, as well as your brother visiting every Saturday and providing donuts for the employees. Overall, we miss family members being able to visit the Auberge in person and the benefits of face-to-face conversations and communication. While the pandemic brought forward many challenges by eliminating physical presence and in person observations, our team cares deeply for the residents and we hold a great deal of respect for them. We appreciated your requests to attend to your father's needs and the opportunity to find solutions with direct care and ongoing communication. We are very sorry this did not meet your expectations. Please know that your father is always welcome at Auberge.
The staff was wonderful and friendly. My dad was happy and well cared for. The food was good .Family members are allowed to eat with their resident once a day. The layout was wonderful and the room sizes were good. The care staff was great with my dad, they helped him adjust to the community.

June 17, 2020Thank you, Wendy, for taking the time to leave this review. Don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or just want to say hi :D
It is a really nice memory care facility. The building is all one floor designed in a square with an interior courtyard that has a gazebo. The outer perimeter of the building is beautifully landscaped and gated with a decorative high gate so the residents can safely and freely walk the exterior walking paths or sit outside on the benches. Inside there is a fish tank, a birdcage, and so many activities for the residents. I am one of six siblings, and we visited several communities and we all agreed on this one together. It just has a wonderful feeling. Also, as far as the COVID-19 lock down goes, they have been proactive and ahead of the curve. The community started taking all precautions early on and practice social distancing, both residents and staff wear masks, and no visitors. The community have been excellent with this and communicating with the families.

This community seemed to have some nice staff when we visited. The community was clean and the grounds are well maintained. This community seemed to offer some nice activities and amenities. I did not like that my loved one would of had to share a room.

August 8, 2017We're happy to hear that you had the opportunity to tour our community. As you experienced during your visit, Silverado Naperville is a social and engaging environment. Many of our rooms are designed to be companion rooms since we have found that many of our residents benefit from having a roommate and are more likely to remain active and social.
This place is undeniable the best place I have encountered. From customer service to patient care to updates to the physical space, the Silverado of Naperville shines. My father had been in 2 different facilities and 2 hospitals in 2 months. The circumstances were grim and the administrative help from the current nursing home was troublesome. Silverado stepped up to the plate. They called the day after I spoke with A Place For Mom and was there at every step, not only answering questions about their facility, but helping me navigate as I looked for other facilities and dealt with the issues of my father's current nursing home. I chose them not only for there customer service, but because of their respectful care for their patients and me. The patients are active and participating in daily activities and live a normal day to day routine. The facility is abuzz with things to do and visitors. Other facilities tended to let their patients sit and nap. Silverado encourages them to be engaged in life even though their memories are impaired. The joy and happiness you see from both the patients and the staff is contagious. I am so blessed to have my father here. They take care of him and me.

Silverado is not going to be a good fit for us unfortunately.. They only have shared rooms and residents are not allowed: TV's in their rooms No Cash/Credit Cards No Cell Phone No Kitchenettes

June 7, 2017Thank you for taking the time to leave your comments. We appreciate your feedback. Silverado is a lively and engaging environment and we have found that many of our residents benefit from having shared rooms. Although rooms do not have individual kitchenettes, there are bistros throughout the community where residents can help themselves at any time to snacks, such as fruit, sandwiches and other refreshments. Thanks again for sharing your comments.
The staff that gave my loved one and I a great tour of there community. They where very helpful and knowledgeable about all of the details and packages they had to offer. The rooms where just not a private studio and felt more of a dorm then an apartment. Overall everything was fine it was just not the right fit for my mother.

March 15, 2017At Silverado, we pride ourselves in being industry leaders and being the experts in care for those with memory loss and cognitive disorders. Thank you for taking the time to review our Naperville community!
My grandmother had went to this community for a short stay and to help her find a good medication that worked for her that would help stabilize things. The staff where really great and where very friendly to my mother while she was in there care. I do have some concerns about the safety of some of the residents though. There was often different residents who lived there that where wondering in other peoples room including my grandmothers and becoming aggressive. I had to ask to have a lock be put on my grandmothers door to make sure she was safe. The food was also not very impressive and was often frozen still and very bland when served.

March 15, 2017Creating a safe, lively environment where residents can thrive is Silverado's top priority, and we appreciate your feedback so that we can continue to improve upon the world-class environment for which we are known.
It worked out reasonably well for my mom. We liked them a lot and they have been good at communicating with us when we asked them. They are consistent with wht they do. The community has an outdoor and indoor area for residents. Baking is offered and they can make pies. My mother-in-law shares a room and being more functioning does not match well. Structured activities are provided. I like that the ratio is good here about 60% women to 40% men.
