About the community

Spring Arbor of Salisbury Residential Assisted Living opened in 2007 with a variety of apartments ranging from studios, different styles of one bedroom/living room suites, and two bedroom apartments. We are a single level building in a lovely residential neighborhood on a quiet street but still close to groceries, doctors, and general shopping. Being a division of HHHunt (a regional East Coast company) that is very employee centered, our staff is not only well trained but our management staff has a combined history of over 40 years experience. We've just recently opened a new Wellness Center with several pneumatic style pieces of equipment and a balance gym to help our residents remain strong and stable to prevent any falls; our Wellness Coordinator works in tandem with our in-house physical therapy company to provide careful but helpful, strengthening exercise programs. We take excellent care of our residents because we follow HHHunt's philosophy - "It's How You Live that Matters"!

The facility was fabulous. Exactly what I was looking for. It surpasses where she is at the moment and I can see my mom adjusting well to this caring environment.

Seemed like a nice place!

We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. Spring Arbor of Salisbury was a very nice looking community, and near the top of our list. The people here were friendly and professional, and the facility itself was clean and well kept. It seemed like a very nice place overall!

It seemed like it was more active than a lot of the communities I visited.

This was a nice community, it was clean, and the people were really nice too. It seemed like it was more active than a lot of the communities I visited. I don't know if they actually had more activities, or if it just looked that way, but it gave it a nice feel.
