My Mom has lived in a couple senior assisted living places in the Marietta area. Unfortunately the prior places did not live up to the standards that they initially promised to her as far as care and cleanliness and overall management of the facilities so we were determined to find the right fit for her needs. She now has her care and quality of life back with the help of the amazing staff at Arbor Terrace on Johnson Ferry. Their desire to create a comfortable environment and healthy care shows by the warm and cozy atmosphere and the amazing staff that communicates between one another for my Moms best care and also communicates with the family caretaker who is deeply involved. We highly recommend a tour and you will certainly be impressed with the staff and their sincere love for their residents.
Nice facility and the Executive Directive was very upfront and knowledgeable. When we got down to the price it is our of my mothers price range when you begin adding the extras for each level of care. I can not really rate the property because I did not tour after I saw it was out of budget.
Good care in the Evergreen Unit.
If you truly love your parents.. grandmother etc.do not consider this community. Starting from Management this community needs help.
This a nice community, and I had a pleasant tour of it. Everyone was kind to my family, and I. The staff we met was nice, and helpful. The community appeared to be well-kept. The experience was a good one, but I did find a better match for my mother, and her needs.
The staff at this community are very nice and attentive. There is always someone there for assistance. The food is good and they keep the community clean. They offer daily activities. You need a code to go out of the community and I feel mom is safe at this community.
I toured this community for my mother and her needs. The community was nice. Everything that I saw looked well maintained and clean. The staff that I came across was kind and courteous. They were informative and answered my questions. There were many factors that played into where to move my mother too. We found a community that suited our needs better, but this is a fine community.
The staff answered all of our questions. They are offering serious dementia care in their memory care unit. There were some concerns during the assessment and they did not accept our Mom as a resident. (September 2016)
My tour of this community was a nice one, but the community was a little to dark looking for us. I don't know if it was the decor or that there wasn't much light. The staff was nice and kind. They were informative and answered my questions. They were great follow up's and making sure we were okay. It just wasn't the community for my mother in law and her needs.
They need more engaging activities for the residents. Valuable administrative staff.
