When looking for a care facility for my mom, I included Winnwood in my search. The facility is beautiful and the grounds are well maintained. My concern Winnwood is that we put $1,500 deposit down but my mom was unable to move in. Half of the money was refunded, and I was informed that the rest would remain with the company. We did not fill out a formal application, we simply made a good faith deposit in hopes of securing the room. Very unfortunate situation for my 80 year old mom.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
