Things at this facility have been good. They're a bit understaffed (like every other place in the country right now), but the staff that they do have here are excellent. They're very in tune with their residents. The Activities Director is awesome! She's so positive and friendly with the residents, she's amazing. Housekeeping is done often and they keep my loved one's room very clean. Communication with the family is excellent, I call often and they're always great about speaking to me and getting me the information that I need. One HUGE plus here: they allow you to bring your animals in during visits. I bring my dog with me at least twice a week and my loved one really truly enjoys that. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.
My dad had a wonderful stay. I never thought I would be able to take him home again, but he's home now because of the great care the staff takes of their residents. I would recommend this place!
My dad moved in a few months ago to this beautiful new community. Not only did we choose it for all the things they thought of like amazing dining program, robust activities and the spacious apartments. But the team that cares. The staff understand the residents needs by guiding them through their day and hands on when they need it, promoting independence.
