They know the residents by name, they all seem to take part in the care and socialization of the residents. Very friendly and personable

My mother lives at The Views of Marion. The facility itself is bright and open. The staff is friendly and caring. They have daily activities that are divided between appropriate physical movement and intellectual stimulation. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

It was very clean. We picked this community because, it was convient to where we lived and we liked the place. My loved one , went from asstisted living to memory care. They do a fine job, I was very happy. I would recommend to other families.

Our mother has been with the Views of Marion since the Spring of 2020. She just loves the programs and calls the Views her home. We are so grateful to the staff and for the friendships she has made with the other residents. She loves going to [name removed] in the Beauty Salon every Friday. They truly make you feel like Family!

Smaller rooms but great atmosphere in memory care!

We chose The Views of Cedar Rapids because of the amenities that were in the room itself that she would be getting. The room sizes are also very nice and spacious. We get newsletters once a month to keep us updated about what is going on inside of the facility. It is a very quiet community and I would recommend them to others looking.

We chose The Views of Marion because of the convenient location, they could do respite care here which is what we were looking for, and they were very easy to work with and accommodating with helping us out with whatever we needed. The room sizes here are really nice. The staff are great with communication, they call us whenever needed. We took him back here a second time recently and they really tried to make it comfortable for him and make that transition easy. I would recommend to others looking.

They have been very adaptable to the needs of my mother in law. They have helped us with some hard decisions. They are great to her, she gets great attention to her needs. The food is good. During this time of Covid-19, it is so challenging, they are doing their best to keep everyone engaged.

[name removed] was very friendly and informative. We enjoyed the tour very much and the facility is like a very nice home rather than a facility. We did not really discuss pricing but the brochure we were given does give pricing.

Deciding to put my husband in a memory care facility was one of the hardest decisions I've ever had to make. But it was time. I could not have found any place more cheerful, accommodating or friendly. I visit him daily and the staff treat me with the same kindness and respect they show the residents. If you're looking for a place for your loved one, seriously consider MeadowView.

Our assisted living has outstanding activities programs and wonderful meals and nursing and housekeeping services. Also I like the way residents are consulted, how programs are carried out in resident council.

I enjoy coming to Meadow View because it has so many things to do with my grandmother. Or just sits in parks sitting with birds singing in the background. Or if we want we can go to her private room with plenty of room to have visitors. When a large crowd of us show up we can move into one of the two large living room setting areas with TV, sofa, tables, fireplace, etc. and stay as long as we want. Thank you Meadow View for making us so comfortable.

I believe this is the best place in town for my mom after our family toured so many other places locally. You have everything she needs and more. I love the friendly, helpful staff.

Wow! First impression was awesome. What a great "community" to live in. Clean. Refreshing. Comfortable. Love the sunlight. A wonderful place that we know when we leave, she is being taken care of.

The staff is always pleasant and helpful, both to family and residents. The staff are always trying new ideas to engage the residents. The staff will meet with family as needed when concerns arise. The facility is always clean and welcoming.

My grandma is a resident at Meadowview. I love the atmosphere that is created. A small town with post office, malt shop, pet store, hair salon, church, and a park all around the shops. It's so fun visiting and watching the staff care for my grandma, it warms my heart knowing she is in great care.

My grandmother stays at Meadowview Village. And I love the activities they have and I can participate all I want. From bingo, bowling, crafts, and even pet visitation. One time a small pony visited the village and everyone could pet the pony. What an awesome day that was. Keep up the good work Meadow View.

I have dementia and the staff takes care of me in my bad, angry, sad time with kindness. I feel loved by the people that take care of me.

this is a perfect facility for my mom. The staff is helpful and outgoing. Always feels clean and bright.
