Bob Chesley's practice includes disability planning and nursing home planning as well as getting clients qualified for government programs, such as Medical Assistance, Elderly Waiver, and Alternative Care. He works with Special Needs Trusts, Wills, Estates, Powers of Attorney, Life Estates, and Health Care Directives. Bob is a lecturer at Minnesota Continuing Legal Education (CLE) seminars on Medical Assistance.
