About Pam
Pam worked in the healthcare field for over 25 years. Pam has a B.A. in Sociology and an M.S. in Business. She worked as a social worker and discharge planner early in her career. She went on to work as a diabetes sales specialist for a diagnostic company, where she trained hospital nurses on diabetes testing equipment. Pam has a keen understanding of the needs of seniors and the knowledge to guide families through the process of finding communities that are a good fit for their lifestyle and needs.
What I'm passionate about:
Walking the maze of finding senior help for a loved one is so overwhelming. I remember being handed a list of nursing homes and assisted living communities in the hospital when my Dad could not return home. With no guidance I began visiting communities that were not a good fit for him. I feel honored to offer families a service that my family never had and the guidance that may help prevent a life time of guilt or regret.
Favorite Food:
Fondue! Cheese fondue with lots of veggies and then to move right to the chocolate fruit with lots of fruits. Next move is right for the gym shoes

"Quality is not an act. It is a habit." -Aristotle
"Ability may get you to the top, but it takes character to keep you there." -John Wooden
A Note From Pam
"As a Senior Living Advisor for A Place for Mom it’s a wonderfully rewarding feeling to be able to help families find communities that are a good match for the needs of their loved ones. The whole process can be so overwhelming; I take pride in offering patience and understanding as we work through the experience together."
