The Reserve at East Longmeadow is a new and exceptional assisted living and memory care community in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts. East Longmeadow is a beautiful city just outside of Springfield, one of the 'greenest' cities in the country with over 2,400 acres of parks. Springfield is also the site for the Big E, one of the largest state fairs in the U.S. Our town has a rich history, settled in 1720, and boasts a strong sense of community that honors the past while looking forward to the future.

Our community provides premiere services for seniors who would like assistance with activities of daily living and seniors who have Alzheimer's or a related form of dementia. We carefully select our staff and rest assured that they treat each resident like the family they are. Residents choose from a range of apartment floor plans to find one that will make them most comfortable while our community features several spacious common areas such as a living room with a fireplace for cooler New England nights, library with computers and elegant dining room with full-service dining.

Our services and amenities help residents to engage in our community, develop lasting relationships and age well. They include:

Social, cultural and recreational activities that enhance the lives of residents

Themed events like Senior Prom, Italian Festival and Tropical Nights

Scheduled transportation services to local attractions and events in Springfield

Fine dining with menu choices

Beauty salon and barber shop

Billiards room

Beautiful outdoor spaces with outdoor seating and an outdoor fireplace

Reviews

  • Kinda nice place but money grubbers.

My mother was in the dementia/memory care unit at the Reserve (Brookdale) from August 2017 till she passed end of October 2017. It is a nice facility with some caring individuals. Some problems with cleanliness...

  • The staff was thorough and helpful. They answered all of our questions

  • Get up and do something!

I was able to take a tour of this community and was not impressed at all. All the residents at 3 pm were in there rooms and I did not see any staff doing anything. They did show me that they offered a lot...
