They have a little bit of staffing issues every once in a while, but for the most part they take care of everything. When you call, they call you back, and they do a good job helping my family member with her health issues. The staff have been very friendly, including the people in charge. The main supervisor is very friendly, and the nursing staff is excellent. They also have a fantastic doctor that comes in twice a week, and she coordinates beautifully with the family. She calls us and lets us know what she thinks and gives us updates. We didn't have a geriatric doctor before, and it was very difficult to figure out where my loved one was with her health. But that's much better now.
