I'm not cognizant of everything they are doing there, but they have added new pub and exercise facilities and some type of unit for transitioning from assisted living to memory care, have made a lot of cosmetic upgrades to the property, and there has been a lot of top staff turnover, including the director. They have been making some property improvements and ongoing organizational and staff changes there in the last year. Not sure what effect this will have on the residents, but I believe it's intended to be beneficial.
