Good Evacuation Plan In Place
This community is very good. The staff is working very well with the hospice people who are taking care of my sister. The community is very nice and the staff is kind and compassionate. In the midst of the storm that is coming, they have assured me that they have a solid evacuation plan in place which eases my mind slightly. Overall I am happy with the care my sister is getting.

Memory Care at The New Palace Gardens
Placed my Mother in Memory Care at The New Palace Gardens in [Removed]. Every time I go to visit my Mother the facility is clean and smells great. My Mother is always clean and well taken care of. They have a large selection of activities for residents to take part in and staff is very friendly. My Mother is taking part in activities where when she was at home she wouldn't do anything. She has a big smile on her face when I see her in activities. So far very impressed with the facility and staff.

One of the Best
My father was exceptionally cared for at the New Palace Gardens. The facility is beautiful, the staff is caring and quick to respond to needs, and the management is extremely helpful. The staff and management will bend over backwards to help with any need, great or small. This is a place where you can feel comforted putting a loved one.

Palace Gardens is THE PLACE !!
i am absolutely THRILLED with the Palace Gardens!! Very classy, beautifully appointed ...remeniscent
of being on a cruise ship ( without the waves)
The people are loving. The food is exquisite. The facility is immaculate There is live music at Happy Hour every day. The activities are varied and plentiful. The grounds with swimming pool and putting green are both BEAUTIFUL and SAFE for the elderly , adding to an already festive environment .
I am GRATEFUL to have found such a place for Mom!

Good Friendly Community
This is a good community, everything looked great. Everybody was very cheerful, it has a welcoming atmosphere. The residents shared nothing but good stories about their time at the community. My sister needed a little more care than they were able to provide.

Very happy with facility everything is excellent from the care to the food is really. Feel very comfortable and piece of mind overall with the level of care and support. Nice facility. Many residents out and about, all looking very happy. Directors knew them all by name and obviously had interactions with them regularly. Nice rooms. 2 available with different levels of care. Lots of aids around. Priced at the higher end

They have two facilities, one a bit more expensive than the other. We used the lesser expensive of the two. They provided us with all the information we needed, the facility is in good shape (not great, but I believe they are opening a new one next year).

Happy place for mom
My mom lives here and she is very happy. The property is run down but they are building a new facility and we can't wait!
The staff is very friendly. The meals they serve are great. Lots of events and lots to do each day for the residents.
A little pricey but they do a good job so we make it work.

Outstanding Assisted Living Facility
The Palace Gardens is a wonderful home for seniors who need a little assistance. The residents are treated with dignity and respect. There are plenty of activities and outings to take advantage of as well as just relaxing and enjoying the grounds . The food is excellent and the holiday parties for the families are exceptional. I highly recommend this facility. It is the best.

Older Building
It may have been clean but it wasn't as modern. It was in an older building. The staff to patient ratio was lower there than other places. We were there for a meal one time and it seemed like the residents were a little more restless. It was kind of a weirder feel down there. I didn't see any of that up at The Palace in Kendall. It's possible it was just one person and it's not representative of the whole place but it seemed like looked after more closely in the other place.
