"You were so warm, calm and caring over the
phone. At that time, I was so frustrated and angry as
I couldn't get any caseworker, doctor, nurse, etc. at my
father's psychiatric hospital to call me back to guide me in
what to do next with my dad. You worked with me, gave
me a list of leads and calmed me down so effectively. Thank you so

"The time that you saved me from calling around checking places
out is immeasurable. The service you provide takes so much
weight off of a caregiver or family at such a difficult
time. You are providing a wonderful service and I can't thank
you enough for what you do."
