"Thank you so much for providing us with the information; it was very helpful and beneficial. We can't thank you enough for assisting us as we venture into this next chapter of our lives - and especially mom's life. I know we wouldn't be this far into the decision making process without your assistance."

Gary B., Found Assisted Living in Dayton, OH

Your assistance was invaluable and you do your job very well. You should know how appreciated your services are when one is faced with such aging parent issues. We had no idea what was what and you clarified everything in just a few emails. The articles were especially helpful!"

Brain Fitness for those over 60! Has the doctor recently asked you if you’ve been exercising? We all know that if you don’t exercise your muscles with weights and cardio you run the risk off ill health. If you don’t use it, you will probably lose it. But what about one of the biggest muscles in the body? Did she ask you if you’ve read any good books, finished any crosswords or penned a poem lately? As we age, many people stop a daily regiment of brain exercises. They tend to watch more TV, spend time alone, and eat more comfort food instead of challenging themselves. This presentation will give you about 20 things you can do to get your brain on a daily exercise regiment! SPEAKER: Bob Pontius, MA, CDP has a degree in Communication from Cedarville University and a Master’s Degree from The University of Akron.
