Spring Creek Inn, Bozeman, MT
The minute I called Spring Creek Inn and spoke with [name removed] about a year ago with inquiries for maybe moving my mom there, I knew we were in good and capable and experienced hands. In our tenure, there has been very little staff overturn. It is not always easy to see my mom in a memory care facility with others also suffering with dementia but the staff seems to recognize this and goes above and beyond to make us feel very welcome when visiting. Bonnie is the face of the facility as she greets everyone with a warm welcome as they come through the front door . The physical care of my mom has been excellent . It is clear they adore my mom as well as all the other residents. The very best part, being a retired nurse, is that there is 24 hour nurses who administer all the medications. This is not the case in many places where minimally trained, unlicensed personnel dispense the meds. I can call in the middle of the night and reach a nurse . As in other places, no ‘on call’ nurses here!

The Best Place I Could Have Picked for My Dad
I have already told so many people that I already have my room reserved. The staff know each resident by name, and are generous with their time. The staff love working with the residents in the community and you can tell. They have great patience and respect about the resident's dignity.
The meals are good according to my loved one and they accommodate his needs beautifully.

I would recommend it
Looking through the windows we could see that the community was clean, and the staff members were wonderful. They did have activities going on, and for Thanksgiving the staff helped the residents make and write Thanksgiving cards to send to their families.

The highest recommendation for Spring Creek Inn
Spring Creek Inn is a wonderful facility. I moved both of my parents there when they each developed significant (but different) cognitive issues. The staff were so patient with them when they had a difficult time adjusting and help me learn how best to communicate with them. When my father died, the staff continued to care for my mother like family, which was a relief for me because I live at quite a distance from Bozeman and could only visit every 6 weeks or so. The nursing staff communicated regularly with me about my mom and every time I visited, I could see how much everyone there, from the housekeeping and dining staff to the activities managers and the caregivers took a personal interest in my mom’s well-being. They became our family and we are so grateful that they made they last five years of my mother’s life as rewarding as it could be.

All of our interactions with the Spring Creek Inn staff has been positive. In a very difficult situation, they have interacted with us with compassion and professionalism. With the recent added stress of isolation, they have gone out of their way to find creative ways to communicate with our family. The journey with a loved one with Alzheimer’s or dementia is a difficult one. When the time comes that being home is no longer an option, the decision is daunting and heart wrenching. Our Mom has been at Spring Creek Inn for over a year and a half. The care givers are incredible and it is obvious that they truly care about her wellbeing. She is treated with respect and kindness. My siblings and I have visited at different times of the day and she is always clean and looks well cared for. The food is good and it is nice that we can share a meal with her. The communication between the nursing staff and our family has been great!! We are contacted with any issues that might be going on with Mom. They will always answer any questions we have and are very professional. The administrative staff are friendly and competent always. The COVID 19 pandemic has given our family an even greater appreciation for everyone at Spring Creek Inn. Since we have not been able to visit inside the facility, we have had to rely more on the entire staff. They have initiated Skype calls and recently window visits to accommodate families. The atmosphere and attitude at Spring Creek Inn is that the residents and staff are a family, too. Our family would highly recommend this facility. Our Mom is well taken care of and we have peace of mind.

Spring Creek Inn have the most caring management, office staff and nurses I have ever dealt with before. Mom is eating a lot better and is joining in the activities with other residents. Hard working staff
Our loved one lived there for a couple of years. The site is beautiful and like any business, there are problems behind the scenes that their polished front does not reveal. There are some AMAZING staff there that should be paid double what they make! Mgmt is over paid and always at lunch or out when you call. There is high turnover and they seem to always be short staffed and the shower aid quit BUT this Job is one of the hardest jobs out there and for those staff people that truly love the residence they are the best there is!! I don’t have a lot of nice things to say about the management but I love a lot of the staff members there !

Grateful for staff at Spring Creek
I would like to acknowledge the wonderful and caring work of the staff at Spring Creek in Bozeman. When I needed to move my father into Spring Creek, [name removed] was very supportive and caring in her approach. [name removed], the head nurse has been extremely professional and very thorough in her explanations of my father’s condition and ALWAYS available when I have questions. The health care workers are so friendly and always have a cheerful hello. They always come to help me quickly and are so pleasant and kind. Clean and safe
This facility is beautiful, furnished nicely and clean. However it is also pricey. The majority of the staff are caring and competent. We came to have true friendships with many. There is High turnover!! Always someone quitting and training new care aids. Food is ok. The residents there are safe and well cared for. I never saw signs of abuse or neglect which is the most important factor in choosing a facility for your loved one! The nurses on staff have worked there many years which is a big plus. There is always some activity going on if the resident wants to participate. Was not impressed with administration the years we had a loved one there. They are never on the floor interacting with residents. Always seem to be in a meeting or out for long lunches. Some of the very good staff should get a medal!

Very Impressed
My brother claims that he doesn't like it there however from everything I've heard he seems to have settled in nicely and is doing very well. He has been going out with friends for meals or local events. He has taken his roommate under his wing in regards to taking him down to mealtime and activities just looking out for him. He has made such a good impression on the staff they all know him by name now. He does not like the food its boring not seasoned at all. We are certainly impressed by the community and the staff and the level of care they provide.

My friend is very comfortable here!
My friend is doing great! The staff has been very nice and the facility is very clean. My friend does not like to get out and participate in activities too much, but there are options available to him. My friend is meeting many new people and he is very comfortable at Spring Creek.

This community is very good. The staff is very helpful and kind. The community is clean and well taken care of. They offer alot of great activities. We would just hope that they do not loose laundry. We would recommend this community for other families.

Great facility and staff
Our family is very happy the care our husband and father is getting here. While it always a challenge to have a loved suffer from dementia we do think his physical and mental condition has actually improved since he began residence in January 2015. The facility and staff is first rate and very concerned and caring. The patience that the staff shows for the residents is amazing. Someone from our family visits dad daily so we see a lot about how the operation is conducted and have become very aware of the care and conduct of the staff. We do not hesitate to recommend this facility.

I Would Recommend This Place
I would recommend this place. They are very friendly and the value is great. The Care Services are also excellent. I would rate the Friendliness 5 stars, I would rate the Value 5 stars, and I would rate the Care Services 5 stars. I cannot rate the Cleanliness and Activities because I have not experienced that portion. Overall I give this facility 5 stars. As I stated above, I would definitely recommend this place.

Spring creek care
Our family has been really happy with my mother's care at Spring Creek. The nurses and employees are all compassionate and understanding of each situation there. I feel my mother is in a safe environment and very content living there. The staff keeps me informed of her condition and living situation during the month.
