Just right
Mom has been at Brookdale Spring meadows for just over a month now and she is doing so much better. The care she’s getting is orders of magnitude greater than where she was before in another town. That place was just too big and every time there was the slightest staffing shortage they were completely overwhelmed and mom was left alone for hours. But Brookdale is just the right size and the people who work here have it handled. On top of that, they just seem happier. We are thrilled with Brookdale and wish mom had been here a long time ago.

The staff was friendly and very personal. They really looked out for the residents. The care was amazing.
The staff really enjoyed working there. During the transition from independent living to assisted living of my loved one; the staff was able to make the transition quick for my loved one and the family.

The food is terrible, but the people are excellent and friendly
The food was just above edible, and there was a couple of times we gave them large gifts and received absolutely no acknowledgement or any sign if they even received the gifts at all. When our loved one passed away they were very helpful with moving his things out, however we thought it would of been nice if the nursing staff sent us a card or something small.

Helpful in a time need.
It is an easy place to work with. It is a good atmosphere. I would highly recommend Brookdale Springmeadows. The food is good. The layout is fine and they have different floor plans for their units. Outdoor space is adequate.

What an amazing place for my mother-in-law! You have been so very accommodating and understanding of her specific needs. She is living with cancer and has such a positive interaction with all the staff and many of the residents, making new friends, etc. You all have bent over backwards to help her through her ups and downs, her sometimes anxious nights and days. It doesn't matter - you are all, always there to help her get through. And you care about us as a family as well. Thank you so very much!!

Put in a position to make a quick decision for my loved one, the staff at Springmeadows guided me with care and confidence through the steps of masking this life-altering transition as easy as possible. Review of Brookdale Springmeadows
My mother-in-law has been a resident of Brookdale Springmeadows for four years. She is able to travel to see her daughters in Denver but is always so happy to return to her "home" at Brookdale. The fact that she considers herself "home" means so much to us. Her son and I live just a few blocks away. I frequently walk into Brookdale at all times of the day/week. The atmosphere is always cheerful and welcoming. I observe kindness, patience, and understanding from all levels of the staff. I hear laughter and loving conversations between the residents and the dedicated staff. The nursing staff is very attentive and professional in contacting us when there is a concern. The director and staff are currently doing an outstanding job of being proactive in keeping all residents safe and healthy during the Coronavirus threat in Bozeman without hesitation. I highly recommend Brookdale Springmeadows!

Having my mother at Brookdale in Bozeman is as close to being w/ family as I can hope for. The administrators and staff are friendly, competent, and go the extra mile to provide the best care possible. The many activities keep her active and engaged. The worst
I wasted over 4 months at this place, they overcharged my Mother the first month she was there, took over 45 days to refund the money, they never could justify the overcharges they never return phone calls, THE MOST unprofessional business I have dealt with in over 10 years...Moving my mother in 3 days, good riddance and they still owe her 2250.00. Turning it over to my attorneys, if you care about your loved ones avoid this place.

Better than many
Overall, maintains high standards for staff management and care given. Better than many (in my opinion) compared to other equal size care facilities.
Price is above mean, but you get what you pay for. The staff are long term not fast turn around because the management relationship to employees is healthy.
Accessible and safe location.

Enjoying Herself
My mother is really enjoying living here. She has her autonomy and they provide plenty of activities for her to participate in. They even bring in a piano player and she plays the piano so they play alongside each other sometimes as well. Definitely would recommend for a family member or loved one.
