Residents may express their likes and dislikes courteously and may expect the same courtesy from staff and other members of the household. Any matters are promptly addressed in a loving manner. We maintain a very good and close relationship with the residents' families as well. Intercoms are placed in each resident's room to alert caregiver staff of night needs or emergencies.
