Ligia Magda's Adult Care Home

As an adult care home provider for over 8 years and operator of this location for 5 years I have learned that trust, honesty, person centered care, and continued training to gain knowledge about specific diseases are at the forefront of what I believe it means to care for your loved one.

We provide activities such as music therapy, card games, outdoor time during warmer months, movie "night", reading materials, socialization, physical therapy, and many more. All in moderation according to how much of the activity the person can handle.

An on-call RN specific to our Adult Care Home is always available to answer questions or provide assessments, delegations, or nursing tasks.

I am focused on person centered care and believe that this creates the best atmosphere for each resident in the home.

The home is a level 2 care home with up to 5 residents. Each room has a private half bath, cable TV, phone & internet jack, intercom systems, call lights, and large closets. The smallest available room is 12x12 in size with the other four rooms being larger than that. The home was built in 2007 and was built with large hallways and doorways, open community areas, and a great patio to entertain in the warmer months.
