We provide quality residential care for seniors in a loving home-like environment. We have a total of 16 beds. The facilities are operated by health care professionals including a health care administrator, a social worker and a registered nurse. All employees are experienced, certified geriatric workers. We specialize in helping to rehabilitate residents, thus helping to change their need from a higher to a lower level of care. Lifespring's mission is to provide quality residential care for the elderly, to meet the physical, social, mental and spiritual needs of its residents. Lifesprings Eldercare offers an ideal nursing home alternative specifically designed for residents who want personalized services in a small setting. Our services are designed to meet the needs of seniors who do not need nursing home placement but who need to be in a supervised residential setting. Lifesprings provides short-term as well as long-term placements for residents. Residents are encouraged to be involved in individual as well as group activity and to keep their minds and bodies stimulated each day.
