Situated on a 420-acre campus in Lee's Summit, Mo., the Village is now home to more than 1,800 residents who enjoy a wide array of residential and active lifestyle choices. Their newest expansion includes an addition to the Courtyard Apartments and an expanded Courtyard Commons with a new restaurant, a new 31-seat movie theater, a new salon and a private dining room. Construction is underway for 'The Meadows,' the Village's newest neighborhood.

In addition to long term care, the Village Care Center includes a rehabilitation care unit, a memory care unit, and Village House — a new warm and comforting unit that provides in-patient hospice care.

My mom bought in here. Cost $225K for a 2 BR 1.5 BA townhome. Current rent is $1800/mo with approximately mandatory monthly restaurant charge $200/mo. Rent increases about 3% annually, NOT told about this...
