The Heritage Woods affordable assisted lifestyle community has compassionately served adults 65 and older of all incomes who may need some help to maintain their independence since the community opened for occupancy in 2003. We provide a wonderful alternative to a nursing home or the lonely prospect of struggling at home. Our apartments are available on a rental basis and especially designed for those who cannot afford private pay assisted living. Since we do not discriminate financially, we do accept both private pay and Medicaid financial assistance payment.
