We provide quality care in a home like environment. Owned and operated by an RN of greater than 25 years of experience, providing 24 hr coverage by trained and certified staff.

Hannah’s Heart is nestled in a quiet, residential cul-de-sac neighborhood with Colonial Style housing located in Southern Maryland, within close proximity of Southern Maryland Hospital, less than a mile from shopping mall, and many other attractions, including Andrews Air force Base.

We provide housing for five residents, private and or semi private rooms available. We also provide video conferencing, so families can visit love ones through virtual means, never missing a visit. Gardening available on site and don’t miss out on Spa Day.
