Garden Place specializes in providing individual services to it's clients.   Columbia Garden Place is licensed as sheltered care and those regulations require that residents be at least 55 years of age.

 

Garden Place Assisted Living of Columbia is a unique concept designed specifically for the needs of the senior population.  We offer services to those needing help with the activities of daily living, as well as personal care.  Our primary goal is to provide you with the assistance needed to maintain an independent life-style while living in and enjoying a homelike environment.  We are located in a quiet neighborhood, where you can safely walk outside to enjoy the fresh air.  There are common areas for socializing, like our bright, comfortable sun room .  Or, if you prefer, you can always enjoy the quiet of your own private living area.  We invite you to bring some of your own furnishings and to decorate your room or suite however you like, to make you feel at home.

 

Staff at Garden Place, both in the facilities and for Extended Services are thoroughly researched and trained, including first aid training and CPR certification.  Criminal background checks are done as well as drug screens.  They are also bonded.
