Evergreen Senior Apartments
The cleanliness is pretty good other than the elevators. The staff is very friendly. They do have activities available like game day for cards and things like that. Other than that they don't provide many activities. It is a pretty good value for the price. I thought the decor could have been better and with the flooring, they didn't have the flooring come all the way to the baseboards and there are other things like that could be better but have been overlooked. One thing I do like is that they are in a good location and they have laundry in-unit. I also wish they wouldn't raise the rent when we are on a fixed income.

This place is everything I expected !!
The apartment my love one and I moved into is perfect for us. The community is very well maintained and kept very clean for the residents. Overall I have no complaints about our new comfortable and spacious living environment.

Great place to call home.
My sister and I have lived here for 2 years and it just keeps getting better and better. It's clean, beautiful, great community room, computer room, pool table, big screen TV and the most helpful management we have had since we've moved in. Tanei and Luke go out of their way to make us happy. Russell is a wonderful maintenance man. We have wonderful activities during the month and if there is ever a problem, it's handled quickly and professionally.
Thanks for hiring such a terrific team.

Our staff is very friendly and caring, the apts are large compared to many other senior apts I have been in, the building is kept very clean and the staff go out of their way to accommodate our needs. I hope this staff never leaves as they are the best.

The apartments are great! During the blzard our maintenance man did a great job of cleaning the sidewalks and he even cleaned in between our cars The staff is friendly and they listen to our issues. I like living at Evergreen!

I love Evergreen Senior Apt.!!!!!
I've been living at Evergreen sense it first opened, and I'm still loving it. The management sincerely cares about us seniors. I feel happy and safe here. The manager here now is Tanei [removed]. She is the greatest. She gives us fun activities, we can talk to her about our concerns and she does her best to address them. We would love to keep her as our manager.(I believe I speak for the majority). I would recommend Evergreen Senior Apts. to any senior who is looking for a beautiful, friendly, clean and safe home to live their golden years in.

Tanei [removed] is great and very fair with everyone she treats everyone the same with respect and listen to everyones concerns and addresses them. She is warm and always comes to work with a good attitude. She gives us great activities and makes us feel very happy here she is truly a blessing to have as a Manager living in a senior building has its moments when we think about what we gave up to be in one some gave up homes families and friends tanei makes you feel welcome and warm and that this is the beginning of a long happy and peaceful life at Evergreen Apartments I will recommend Evergreen Apartments to anyone Keep up the good work and most of all keep Tanei [removed] she is Grreat

Nice place, but seem understaffed
They do an alright job at Evergreen Senior Apartments. It's a nice enough looking place and the people are friendly. My biggest complaint is that it just seems generally understaffed, things can get really bogged down.

Ednor manger Felecia Booth could not have been more informative and gracious. She gave my mom and me a wonderful tour of this beautiful facility. My many thanks to Catherine our A Place For Mom representative who stayed with me and kept feeding me helpful information and stuck with me even through times that I couldn't be as responsive as I wanted. When my father fell and had to be hospitalized it was no question that my parents needed an elder place. I was ready because of Catherine an I am grateful for her. [removed]
