Happy so far
So far it has been a great place for my mom. The facility is very clean and she has her own private room. If she does not want to go down to eat the staff will bring her meals to the room. They have plenty of activities provided like exercise classes, dominoes, arts and crafts, etc. They are currently trying to put in snack machines in the facility as well for the residents. The hardest part is the medical side of it and not knowing what they are charging for. It would be helpful if we got an itemized bill showing what exactly the charges are for. There does seem to be an increase in new people moving in so that is good. I have eaten the food and it seems to be pretty good and the residents seem to enjoy it as well. We feel the value for the money is great here for what they provide. All of the staff members are really friendly welcoming. She has more freedom here and we are able to take her out and do things. I would definitely recommend them to others looking, we have really enjoyed the experience so far.

Don’t care about people
When I first put my mom there it was locally owned and they were good. Then they sold to Ensign. After that prices when up a lot and were used mainly to dress up the facilities, not improve the care. When my mom passed away I did not get even a word of condolences and she was there almost 6 years. They disposed of her bed and other things without even asking me anything. It was like - she’s gone so next customer! Kaching!
And meds were randomly charged as well. Even after I told them she didn’t need or want things they would still give them to her and charge her insurance or Medicare. And much of the time they don’t answer the phone or return calls. Bottom line - look elsewhere.

I was not impressed by our tour. The staff to resident ratio seemed very low even for a smaller facility. It was not very clean. The person who runs it was fantastic and very sweet, they are just very understaffed.

Older facility. They are slowly renovating some apartments but it is minimal. Visited on a Saturday. Only saw a couple of residents moving around. There are no activities on the weekend. Just gave a sad feeling overall.

Mom and Step Dad at Cambridge Square
My Mom and Step Dad have been living at Cambridge Square since 2017. When you get to the point that you don't feel like warming up food it is time to go to a place that will assist you. The staff has been very good in helping them when they need it. They provide 3 meals a day (sometime maybe not what they want) but over all good. There is always room for improvement but our family has been blessed that we found Cambridge.

My mother has been a resident at Cambridge Assisted Living in Rosenberg for six years. I am very confident she is receiving the best care available. The staff does such a good job, I feel like I have family taking care of my mother.
I have watched her receive her medication and have no concerns she is receiving it correctly and on time.
She knows Cambridge is home and has never ask to be anywhere else. I would recommend Cambridge Assisted Living in Rosenberg to anyone looking for a home for their loved one.

Mom’s Excellent Care
My mother has received excellent care at Cambridge Square. The first week she received all the care promised and she continues to receive great care. The staff is caring, kind, and knowledgeable. The director is always available and is well known and liked by clients and families. The facility and my mother’s room is always clean. My mother is happy and is flourishing at Cambridge. They keep her active and involved. I go to the center on different days and times, and I call. My family is involve with Mom’s care and they are delighted with her care. Cambridge Square has been a true blessing for me and my family. We know she is safe, happy, and well cared for.

Mom’s Care
Love this place! My mother has received excellent care from compassionate staff. The director is always available and is well known in the facility. My mother is flourishing in this place! She has received the medical care from doctors who come to the site. The facility and my mother’s room are clean. I walk in any time on any day and I see the same consistent, compassionate care. My mother is happy and enjoys the activities offered. I have peace of mind that she is well cared for and happy! ??????????

Very nice place!
We are so happy with how things have gone with Cambridge Square, it's a wonderful place. I toured a few other communities in the area, but I knew the moment I stepped in the door that this was the one. Everyone here is very friendly, and the director was a huge help throughout the entire process. It really is a nice place, and I definitely recommend it, they're taking wonderful care of my loved one!
