My mother is a resident at Spring Hills Livingston. The staff is extremely caring and concerned about each individual resident, they approach their job with love. I definitely would recommend Spring Hills Livingston to others.

SpringHills continues to be the perfect choice for my mom n dad They live in a small one bedroom apt and it is all the size they need!! They have 24 hour care, multiple weekly services, visits from nursing staff, and a team of caring professionals Mom n dad enjoy the activities n games as well as musical performing guests . The guests are quiet and friendly toward each other . The staff are professional and accommodating ! I am so pleased and thankful for Spring Hills.

Mom passed away on 1/5 and the staff was very supportive. I am glad I had her there the staff was very engaged and friendly and they truly were an exceptional crew. The staff was very engaging and very supportive and extremely friendly.

Everyone at Spring Hills of Lake Mary community is very caring and helpful. Great food service. Activities are plenty and they have a lot of people encouraging them to participate ( which my mother needs). They have handled most medical issues efficiently

The community is very friendly and helpful. I picked this place for several reasons; the food is good, and the living space is bigger. Alos, it's clean and neat.

We were in a bad place with Mom in Mississippi in a place that wouldn’t keep her. Dad ended up in the hospital from all of the stress associated with caring for her and eventually reaching the end of his capacity to care for her as the Alzheimer’s progressed. Spring Hills really stepped up to the plate in a big way. Going above and beyond to help us with all of the confusing paperwork, and recommending the long range medical transport that ultimately brought mom here. But they not only helped with the transition, but every nurse, every staff member, even the director himself has made us welcome. They are warm and loving. The home is clean and cheery. They consistently bring smiles to Mom’s face, dress her well in her prettiest clothes, and fix her hair so that she feels like her best self. In the midst of such a difficult situation, they have become our oasis. And true partners in caring for the sweet and wonderful woman who spent her life caring for us. Thank you!!!

We moved our mother from WI to Spring Hills Assisted Living Facility in Lake Mary, Fl last month. She was getting terrible care in WI. My mother and all of us just love Spring Hills AL facility. The care is wonderful. Great staffing ratio and all the staff have been friendly and very caring! The facility is beautiful and the dining area and food are phenomenal to say the least. We couldn't be happier and to see our mom smiling and happy again means the world to us. I would highly recommend this place! This is how it should be for the elderly to live out their remaining years

New management has been great! Service for my Dad has been good, nurses are great! Clean facility Great nursing staff especially Danielle Great manager [name removed], very personable. Knows residents names and makes them feel special! Good fun Friendly staff who great you pleasantly.

My mom has lived at Spring Hills a little of year now and we could not be happier. The staff is excellent. The food is prepared fresh daily with generous portions. Every employee is trained and professional. They treat the residents as though they were there own family members. My mom has flourished since living at Spring Hills and we could not be any happier.

The facility is brand new with great staff to resident ratios. They have lots of great activities supported by their activities team including crafts, games, and fitness. The facility has three outdoor spaces and a movie theater. The staff performed a very special "clap in" when they welcomed my mom and gave her flowers. Very specialized experience. The facility has nice views of the trees and hill ridge on the horizon. I would recommend this facility to others.

[name removed] and [name removed] are incredible and show genuine care for not only the residents but their families. Absolutely would recommend this community to others! During our initial tours some of the residents even expressed how much they liked it there. Felt good knowing it wasn't a "show" they were putting on.

I want to say A BIG THANK YOU - to ALL of the wonderful and caring staff at Spring Hills Hunters Creek for assisting my mom in the 1 month period that she has been living there. It was very hard at first for my mom - she wanted to leave and she refused to accept that she needed more care and could no longer live alone. But - the staff really made her feel like family. I would highly recommend this place for your loved ones - especially if they are in need of some TLC = Tender -Loving - Care!! God Bless ALL of the Staff at this facility and Thank You again for all the patience and attention that you've provided to my mom.

From the front office, front desk, all of the caregivers and maintenance, they were all very nice, loving and care to my mom. (Even on her bads days when she could be difficult)I would definitely recommend Springhills to anyone and everyone.

very knowledgeable and friendly and passionate about what they do. Community smelled great and was very clean. Staff were out and about and friendly. The list of activities was amazing. Residents were engaged.

When I was looking for a new place for my mother, I visited and spoke with several facilities. My mother hadn't left her room in 1 1/2 YEARS and I felt she deserved more! [name removed] and [name removed] said they would get her to participate in some of their activities, like bingo, cards, music nights or whatever. I literally would have bet the farm that mom wouldn't go. WELL, I thrilled to say I was wrong. Mom goes at least weekly and had a week where she went to 5 activities! The staff here all seem very caring, friendly and professional. Sadly, that's not what I saw at the last place and the cost is much more reasonable. I recommend Springhills to my friends and neighbors. They truly are the CATS MEOW! LOL

In the beginning, things were a bit [name removed] but then [name removed] started to work and all was going in the right direction. Each time you ask Yasir anything I mean anything he gets done for you. I recently had a pizza party celebration and everything was well organized by [name removed] and his team. I mean I do not have anything but good words

I have a nice backyard view. The staff are very friendly. I like the food here too. Each time I asked staff assistance they are there for me. I cannot complain about anything. The Sunday brunch there's a lot of food

Me and my wife moved here not long ago. We used to be in the community not part of Spring Hills. Right now we are in the Spring Hills community and both of us are ok here. The food is good, and when you walk into this place it smells really refreshing.

The community is always lively from the staff and the other residents. We always have fun activities and don't ever feel like missing them. We have movies of our own tastes. [name removed] and her staff are always very kind to work with. [name removed] is the executive director and he made quite a few good changes.

To begin this I am very happy here. I believe I was the first one to be here when they opened Spring Hills in Livingston. The staff are lovely and they do anything to go out of their way. We get our housekeeping service without a doubt my room is clean, The Concierge, [names removed] are very friendly. The food is delicious and feels like going out to the restaurant.
