Park Terrace an excellent facility, I think the staff members really care about the residents. My mom had a health issue within the first week and a staff member immediately took care of the situation and called an ambulance. They are really on top of what's going on with their residents. The feel of the place is very homey and welcoming; and you notice that the moment you walk in.

Abbotswood at Irving Park was actually our first choice out of all of the places we looked at. We loved the facility and the staff. The other facility we were choosing between was able to give us a deal and cut the price for the first few months of rent which is why we went with them - they were not able to match the deal here.

We chose Heritage Greens because they were able to cut us a deal on the price in the first few months. She started off in assisted living and very quickly transitioned to memory care. The experience in memory care has been a lot better than it was in assisted living - the staff over there were not as willing to help. The aids in memory care have been a lot more helpful and she is doing very well. I would most definitely recommend them to others.

It's a top notch facility.

This place is super clean and they have great food. They have lots of activities like exercise class, bowling, bingo, black jack, chair volleyball (which my mom likes), bocce ball, and painting - amongst a lot of other things. My mom does a lot better with the activities as she enjoys them. Her apartment is spacious with a really nice kitchen that came well equipped. The community offers transportation to appointments and a weekly store run. The residents also go on outings and scenery drives. In my opinion, Emerald Court compared to other places I've been to and toured in the past, is superior to anywhere else. I would recommend Emerald Place to others.

Our family had an in person tour and the tour experience was great . The lady we spoke with [name removed] was so impressive to work with, she was very helpful and thorough throughout the tour we were very pleased with her presentation. We noticed on the tour there are a lot of couples here which is great, but it may work out better for a "younger crowd" we thought our loved one would feel a little lost there. It looks like a really great facility though, we just did not like their meal set up. One meal was included and if you wanted additional meals they were add ons.

We are absolutely thrilled, I would rate them 10 out of 5 stars on all of the categories listed above. The friendliness of the staff and the residents as well is just amazing. On mothers day my loved one was having tv issues and I was there for 5 hours and I left with my face hurting because I was smiling so much. Everyone is always so positive and upbeat and to me that really says a lot - especially when the residents are that happy. I like that it is a bigger facility because there is so much going on and our loved one is able to socialize more. We always say it feels like a cruise ship, they give you a daily calendar and you can be busy all day long if you want to. I would absolutely recommend Sagewood at Daybreak to other families.

This was a good community. My loved one wanted to be closer to their hometown in another state.

I am very happy and pleased with our experience. I would encourage you to visit to see if it would be a good fit for your loved one. My loved one has jumped right in to the activities. They have bingo, exercise classes, outings, and more for the residents to choose from. They have a beauty salon on site for the residents to use, this includes hair and nails. There are meals available with different menu options for the residents to choose from. The food is good with a dinner special each night.

We have not been there ourselves yet, we are going to visit here in a couple weeks but so far our loved ones seems to really be enjoying the La Posada community. They are very satisfied with their apartment they really like it a lot. They seem to like the food, it is not gourmet from what they tell us but the convenience of not having to cook for yourself is really working out for them.

We toured The Fountains of Melbourne and loved it! It was excellence. We really liked that when you move from independent to assisted living, you just move to a different hallway with the exact same layout as the independent apartments. The aides and caregivers will come into your apartment and help you with whatever you need. I like that you don't have to live in one single room if you're in assisted living. The Fountains made it into our top 2, but it ultimately boiled down to distance. We went with another community because it was closer to our son.

I can't speak on how it would be to actually have a loved one at Woodbridge Terrace of Irvine, but based on our tour, it seemed like a very nice facility. I thought it was beautiful. I had a friend who was previously there for a time, and her experience was very positive.

This has been a great experience so far. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The staff are professional and kind to work with. The staff are wonderful and the community is clean. The staff are responsive to the call button. The staffing seems adequate for care for the residents as well. They have a wide range of activities for the residents.

This community was very nice and I thought about sending my loved one to this community. I like the rooms and how they are set up and how you still have your own area.

This is the most incredible place that I have ever seen. I compared it to a lot of places and this was the best. They are so friendly and caring and you can tell that the people there are so passionate about the resident and what they do in the community. I would recommend this community every time. They have activities like drives around the community, words like different languages, board games, puzzles and more for the residents to do.

My experience here at First Colonial Inn has been good. I've talked to multiple people, I've had dinner with them and I've given them a good opinion of the place. I will say the activities are geared more towards the women, but the ratio is about 6:1. In my 5 months of being here, none of the activities have peaked my interest. The meals could be a bit better and have more variety. It's an awful lot of money to spend, but it's the best care I know of in this area. I'm pretty well satisfied here, but it's not home.

So far things are going well with The Fountains, my loved one has only been here a short amount of time and is having a hard time adjusting, but the staff are really trying their hardest to make her happy. The one thing that has stuck out to us is just how friendly and helpful all the staff are. From the aids to the salon staff to the kitchen staff, everyone has been amazing. I would absolutely recommend them to others.

Abbotswood at Irving Park has been amazing. The location is very close to the hospitals and grocery stores and doctors offices. All of the staff have been so friendly and you get a great feeling when you walk in. I do think they could provide some more activities for the residents. The meals are amazing, they have a formal dining room and they have an extensive menu you are able to choose from and the quality of food is wonderful. They have been great to work with and we would definitely recommend the facility to others.

It's a lovely, clean place. The people there are very attentive. I would highly recommend them.
