They arbitrarily decided that my father could not have visitors. They said since they own the hallways they can decide who can come inside.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
When we were looking for a place for my sister to live, we checked out several communities in Orange County. We decided on Park Terrace because of the caring and loving staff. Over the past three years we have been impressed by the way everyone from the front desk attendants through the restaurant staff, the medical team, the activities team, the maintenance workers, and the cleaning staff do their best to make residence feel like they are members of a large family.Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
Park Terrace's staff is courteous, patient, responsive, and professional. What I particularly like is that they tailor care to their patients' needs specifically, which helps them work efficiently together with out hospice agency. The Medtechs are all very easy to work with. The facility is elegant, clean, and well organized every time I come by for a visit. They are a highly valued partner for our agency and we are thankful to work together!Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
