My Mom has now been at Balfour Cherrywood for eight months and the care, companionship, meals and support goes above and beyond everything we had hoped for. I just love all of the caregivers and staff and they always make me feel welcome when I come to visit my Mom. The Room and bathroom are always clean. I’ve had a few complaints but they are always rectified immediately. High five to [name removed] who greets me with a smile when I come over. Meals are phenomenal and I would like to eat here everyday. A cake was made for my Mom for her birthday[date removed] and although I didn’t taste it, staff and residents seemed to love it. Thank you. I think that made my Moms day. I have no complaints and know she has great care when I’m not there. Thank you everyone. You’re the best. [name removed] ([name removed]) daughter.

I Love to interact with your residents;helping with Karaoke & Mexican Train or any game the residents want to play. I really enjoy volunteering. I also come to spend time with a special friend who is a resident. My friend and I hope to take her out, even if it's simply to play Mexican Train. We would love to help take residents on outings.

Facility is clean and well decorated. Staff is superb and food is very good. My loved one is treated with dignity. Today's Easter Brunch was delicious and festive. I would highly recommend Balfour Cherrywood.

Overall experience - Could not be better. Cleanliness - Great Staff- Very friendly Quality of care - Absolutely no problems Admin staff - Helpfull and willing to do whatever is required. Meals - Very good and varied. Almost unlimited and something for everyone. Value for cost - The best I encountered.

It is very classy, and high end. The food is really good, bedrooms are large, it is a beautiful facility. The staff is constantly changing though

We like the staff as well as the comfortable apartments with patios. Overall we like it and our loved one likes it there

I began exploring senior living communities in the [date removed]. [name removed] was my contact and his communication, follow-through and patience were extraordinary. He was more than happy to entertain multiple conversations even though we were not ready to commit to moving my dad into a retirement community. When the time did come, I was so grateful for those early conversations. [names removed] and others I'm sure, expedited his admission to Balfour. From Jan - early March, [names removed] the dining room staff, the housekeeping staff, and many others, cared for and worked tirelessly to support his transition. My dad routinely commented that it was clear to him the staff were sincerely invested in his wellbeing. This was my observation as well. My dad passed away in early March. The outpouring of condolences from the Balfour community was genuine and moving. We are so grateful.

What I like the most about Emerald Court are the activities & friendly staff. I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience I have had so far.

When it came time for my mom to move into a senior living community, we wanted to make sure she found the perfect place where she would feel comfortable, supported, and happy. After doing thorough research, Crestavilla stood out as the best choice, and now that my mom lives there, she couldn’t be happier with her decision. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and the community is filled with warm, welcoming residents who have made her feel right at home. Knowing she is surrounded by such a caring environment gives our family great peace of mind. I highly recommend Crestavilla to anyone looking for a wonderful senior living community.

The quality and especially variety of the food is the best of any place I've seen, including ones I didn't get a reference from you. Activities are many and varied but not as many crafts as I personally am interested--almost daily physical fitness but that's not for me. I rated value as only 4 because it is quite expensive here. More than any other place, I visited, cedarwood at Sandy has a real community feel. From the minute I walked in the door, the first time, not just the sales admin, but the residents and Staff were friendly and interacting with each other. All the other places were friendly IF I was first introduced.

They really deliver on value proposition. General feel/atmosphere is always hospitable and friendly. Residents are treated both with respect and care. Still ironing out the operational kinks as they are new but very gracious as they do

My mother likes to tend to plants & flowers. Other places were just enclosed bldgs. It's more of Senior Living facility than Assisted Living; although, they definitely have Care options. It's a vibrant community with a wide-variety of options to keep residents active and engaged. For instance, they offer, music, dancing, games, gardening, speakers & exercise classes among others. The dining experience is a high priority. First, the dining room is stunning. In addition to the dining room, the Bistro is an alternative dining experience. On Wednesdays gourmet pizzas are offered. On Fridays, they offer International cuisines that change weekly. The food is delicious & nutritious. The service staff is top-notch. Although the staff rotates regularly, they all make a point of knowing the resident's names and preferences. It's remarkable and incredibly professional. Bridgepoint is kept super clean, including all gathering rooms & hallways and, if course, the dining room. The custodian staff & maintenance team doing a super job. Security was a top priority for us. Wanting to keep our mother safe. Everyone enters through the main entrance. All outside doors are secured and locked. No way to enter through a side or back door. The fire lane has recently been secured with a gate. The personnel and staff at Bridgepoint are wonderful. The sales team, front desk staff, Director, Activities Director and certainly the management of the dining room. Laundry & housekeeping too. I really believe Bridgepoint has done an A+ job providing the best possible experience for Senior Living.

Great place highly recommend it. We picked them because they were nice, and clean with good food.

There are always multiple staff members able to assist. They have excellent choices available for meals.

Woodbridge Terrace is a magical place with exceptionally friendly, helpful, and happy staff. Every staff person you pass in the hallway smiles and says hello. The aids are kind and well trained. The chef is award winning and they allow you to customize anything on the menu. In terms of value for the cost I would give it a 5. Assisted living is expensive but Woodbridge Terrace makes the expense worth it. I never worry about my mom now that she is under the excellent care of Woodbridge terrace staff

This is my mom’s first assisted living experience, and she loves it so far. Staff are very kind and attentive, the activities and camaraderie are very good. The common areas are really bright and cheery with a lot of glass walls and high ceilings. My mom needs help with her meds and that staff are very on top of everything and communicate well with me. Food is very good as well. So we are very happy as of her third month.

We liked the friendliness of the staff, but our cousin really liked happy hour every Tuesday. He wasn't involved with any other activities, but I like that they were offered. Our cousin, whom we moved into Park Plaza a couple of years ago, passed way at the beginning of this year. So he is no longer there. While he was there, they took really good care of him. We had no complaints, only good things to say about the staff and management. Of course the price is expensive, but that is the case for all of the assisted living communities. We think our cousin was comfortable while he was there.

We love the place and my mom is happy at Cedarwood at Sandy!

Beautiful spaces for residents & families to enjoy. They hire kind, service minded individuals that truly care about their residents. Balfour is 5-Star senior living. Central Park looks like a luxury resort with the warmth of a cozy cottage. Check it out for yourself!

We moved Mom out about a year ago. I'm not in the loop any longer. We were in the independent side so I would say the Activities team was great. Apartments were a nice size. We had a studio but it was perfect for one person in a wheelchair
