The cleanliness of the community is way above 5 stars, as well as the meals and dining. The residents are never denied a snack or meal no matter the time of day - they are very accommodating and attentive to all their needs and wants. The meals are amazing. Aside from taking care of the residents, they also take care of the family members. They are very understanding of the different levels with memory care and they take the time to explain things to families so we all can better understand what is happening with our loved one. When we come to visit, before we see our loved one they prep us on things she has done recently, who her friends are, and that helps us with conversations.
Read moreThe friendliness of the staff would be a five plus, they are so responsive and are there anytime our loved ones needs their help. He does say sometimes the food is bland, but they have a wide variety of options to choose from and it is prepared well. He is very happy there.
Read moreThe staff at Brookdale Wayne were very welcoming when we were visited and they were very friendly. They are very willing to listen to us when we need something, however the night staff is lacking a little compassion. The rooms at this community are pretty spacious and very nice. The food is about average, we would give it a three out of five. We would recommend this community to a family or friend
