Place understaffed for Years- I was there 3 yrs and it was hell. Crappy food. Admin not working with staff. If it is still an issue, there were only caregivers working at night. No nurses. Felt unsafe. Cutting corners when all have been cut already. Never again.Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
The staff has been amazing. They are friendly and attentive. Anything that I have asked for from the nursing staff or office has been provided for us immediately. They accept and welcome family involvement at all times. The cost is the best value that we found in the area after researching many, many other facilities. Being a smaller facility makes it seem more home like. The location is fantastic. Close to the hospital and many other doctors/specialists offices. Our family is very pleased with this choice for our parents. Our parents are being cared for, and we can breathe again.Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
Terrible!! We moved our mother out after staff repeatedly left her on the toilet alone, wouldn't answer call lights for over an hour, food is terrible, high staff turnover. NOT SAFE!!!Reviewed on A Place For Mom
