  • Do Not Go Here

Staff is good but the management is not good. They do not return calls and have horrible communication. I had issues with them not returning calls to my insurance company which caused late payments. The whole thing has been a total hassle.

  • Beware!!!!

First of all, this is the first bad review I have ever left on social media. BEWARE of placing any loved ones in this facility! I had an issue with the front desk being dishonest with me this morning, and expressed my concerns about how my mother was being treated. In addition, they moved both my mother and father to a different room today, and failed to notify me of this move. I can only imagine the stress that my parents are currently under. The Director called me and told me to never call the facility again, where my elderly parents are living, because I was rude to her staff. I calmly asked her if she would like to hear what happened from my side of the story, and she said that she did not care! I called back in order to speak with her supervisor, and she hung up on me! Apparently, one cannot express concerns about their loved ones without serious backlash!

  • BV assisted living

My mother and father moved to BV in 2014. The care they received started out well but gradually deteriorated. It might be an OK place for independent living, but they have really fallen down in assisted living. It got to the point where it did not feel safe. She moved out in June 2019 to a better and nicer place. She feels safe now and the food is better. BVs food was usually cold and grade B ingredients. First impressions are great at BV, but the facility is not maintained well. It’s a big corporation, so profit is their number one concern.
