The ponds could use a good sprucing up as well to remove all the pond scum and repair the fountains(you'd think as part of the facility name, that'd be on a priory list somewhere). It'd be lovely if they could focus on those things. Not only from a health standpoint but I'm sure the residents would appreciate having nice and clean exterior grounds and increase their mental and spiritual wellbeing. The inside is also dated and could use new hard surface flooring through and eliminate any carpet that can hold onto to germs and odors. Overall, my aunt is content there and seems to be doing well.
