3051 Rio Dosa Drive Lexington KY 40509
Located in an exclusive neighborhood in Lexington, Kentucky, our continuing care retirement community, or CCRC, has four levels of care on one campus, including independent living, personal care, memory care, and skilled nursing. Here you’ll have the worry-free lifestyle you want, plus customized care if you need it. And we’re a rental CCRC. That means you’ll pay a monthly rental fee based on the level of care and services you need—with no entry fee.
You could start your day with a swim in our heated, outdoor pool or maybe a yoga class. Then head over to the putting green to practice your swing or rediscover your passion for painting in our arts and crafts studio. You’re not worried about cooking meals because there’s a great restaurant (our dining room) just around the corner, on campus. You can even check out our campus bistro cafe for a light snack. And just in case, our staff is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to be alerted to an emergency.
Ready to trade your to-do list for a bucket list?
What about joining a cooking demonstration before taking a nature hike? Sounds fun, right? Here that’s how you could start each day—with choices. And if you need help arranging your next adventure, our concierge service will be happy to help you out.
With a selection of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom floor plans, you’ll find just the right pet-friendly apartment home to fit your style. All of our homes have plenty of natural window light and great storage. And you’ll have fewer worries with fewer bills—your utilities and maintenance are included. Some of our apartments have a private balcony or patio, too.
For our independent living apartments, you’ll also have a full-size kitchen with updated appliances if you feel like cooking. If not, let someone else worry about the dishes and enjoy our dining program where it’s all about you—your feedback, your menu suggestions and your favorite recipes.
Live well and age well with convenient amenities right here on campus. Maybe you want to go for a walk on our campus walking paths before a little practice on our putting green. When you’re ready to make your next hair appointment, check out our on-site salon and you won’t have to worry about traffic. If you want to focus on personal wellness, check out our fitness room and classes.
Having different levels of care on one campus means you won’t have to change communities again, even if you or your spouse need more care later. You’ll be able to stay on the same campus close to friends, enjoying the same lifestyle in the community you already love. Plus you’ll have peace of mind knowing there is staff available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to be alerted to an emergency.
Whether it’s our Crossings program for the early stages of dementia, our Clare Bridge program for mid to late stages, or our Solace program for the advanced stages of dementia, we have purposeful memory care programs for the care you and your family need. And our exclusive Personalized Service System gives you an individually customized plan for you or your family member. Your customized plan means you only pay for the services you need and want. And we’re flexible, so when your needs decrease or increase, your plan and its cost do, too.
