I had to remind them a few times about it but the did finally get her meds in the system and now it's fine. They turned around the apartment for her in 5 days, which provided a safe transition for her from the rehab facility. The staff was super friendly, although not necessarily as responsive as I would have liked. But I imagine that's probably the same anywhere you would go. They got to know my mom in the two weeks she was there and were definitely sad when she passed and showed a lot of empathy.
