Our tour experience

Our family had an in person tour and it is a very nice place, beautifully laid out. The location was best for us and we have all good things to say about Atria.
Safe place for your parents. Like everything else, needs a little bit of work.

Covid could be a factor, but I don't think there are enough activities to keep the residents busy. Other than that, the only other main issue is the food. The residents say the food is horrible. It's pre-pared and brought in, so it's not fresh. But the daily staff is great. They've all been there a long time. The office staff needs a little work. Living spaces are nice, but the wi-fi is terrible. You have to try to go into a common area to get it to work, and its still not all that good there.
Wonderful, Helpful Staff

The community was very personable and knew everyone by name. They made sure to greet the family. The staff was very client oriented. The respite rooms are adequate, and enough room to be comfortable.

I've enjoyed living here. The building is really big and you do a lot of walking.
The food isn't what I was promised. We finally opened the dining room again. I was promised a low carb diet and they don't have one.
a great place for mom Mark - Child of resident/client
The community is in a great location and the residence is very friendly. Communication is good between the staff and our family but sometimes it takes longer for return calls back to us. The community is very neat and clean and the staff is very friendly. The food is great and they will have lots of activities avalible. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.
A happy, safe place, like home. Jackie - Child of resident/client
Atria Seville has been very good for our loved one. They're very caring, and very efficient. We've been very happy with them, She's adjusted well, especially considering she didn't' want to go at first. But now she loves it there. The food is excellent. She's pretty picky, and she actually likes almost everything they make for her. They call us if there's any issues. It's clean and neat. Everyone is friendly. I don't know what else you could want to be there.
Overall a good community for a loved one anonymous - Child of resident/client

My sister needed to be moved into assisted living. Atria was the first and only place we looked. It’s a great facility and I can’t even begin to say how much everyone has helped with my sister having to make this very difficult and emotional move.
[name removed] has gone above and beyond especially!
All the staff members are very friendly and helpful. The majority of residents love living there!
I feel very comfortable and grateful to be able to have my sister live at Atria. They will take outstanding care of her!!
Poor food and service.

We`re not allowed in the dining room due to Cronosvirus. So, we`re feed in our rooms. No, soups, no salads, no sandwiches, no deserts! Two meal choices only and they are often cold and missing items! For this I pay $3000 a month. Mailed prisoners are better fed. This sucks!

I am grateful that our drivers are always willing to lend me a hand. Since I don't drive any longer, it is so nice to have this service and by such fine young men.
The directors go out of their way to help us.

My family looked at many places before deciding on Atria Seville. I am grateful for their guidance in selecting from so many beautiful buildings in Las Vegas to finding just the right one. Atria Seville goes beyond the building. It's all about the people, the care, the staff, the directors. The directors go out of their way to help the residents. There are so many different residents with so many different interests but there's always something for no matter what you need or want or like. The directors make the extra effort and that is what I am grateful for.

I loved the facility. The residents were busy and friendly, even coming up and saying hello to us. The apartment was great. Anytime eating. Special yard area for animals. A little pricey but we could manage. Recently completely painted and all new carpeting.

Oh my !! Atria Seville is the best!!! [Removed] off enjoyed the last months of her life in this amazing place. [Removed] was particularly helpful, wise and wonderful. Both Tonys were so special – [Removed] who drives the bus, took such incredible care of mom. – going way beyond expectations. And [Removed], who does technology was always there to help, encourage and bless. Mom – even going beyond to help move furniture and bring ice cream to mom when she was unable to get out.

I was looking at a couple of places for my mother, but this location is a better fit for her. It’s in the upscale side of town close to me so it’s convenient. They have a very good staff; they are very professional, and knowledgeable. My mother is a very shy woman so it had taken a little bit of time for her to adjust, but because of everyone’s nice and welcoming personality it definitely made it easier for my mom to get use to her surroundings. The cleanliness is excellent. I am not sure how often they take care of laundry or take out trash, but my mother has not complained so I assume they’re on top of that. The other residents as well are great and very welcoming. My mother is doing more and more than she usual would every time I visit. She has met a couple of ladies and she enjoys hanging out with them as well with other staff. I have not tried the food that they serve yet, however my mother and my friend that also visits her says that the food is very good. It is easily comparable to restaurant food.

The nurse, [Removed], has helped me quite a bit. The engage life director sorta held my hand in the beginning and introduced me to good residents. I decided even though my daughters moved me here to be closer and I didn’t want to move, I ended up liking it here. The programs are good. The food is good too. I love how wonderful my ambassador is to me!!! That also made a big difference.

I am 99 and my health has improved since moving to Atria Seville. I can walk now, exercise every chance I get and people said I wouldn’t be able to do that anymore. Sure, I like the entertainment. Over the years I have lived in other places in town but this place really takes good care of me. The staff seem like they love working here.
