We toured with Atria Cinco Ranch and had a great time. The facility was beautiful and from what we could tell during the tour, it looked like they had great care and it would have been a good option. Unfortunately it was out of my price range so we had to keep looking.
The community has its positives and negatives, but in general the rent is really high for the overall experience (and seems to increase double digits every year). However, this last year the rate increased double over previous years. Talking to management does not help. Feel disrespected and taken advantage of. Once you move in somewhere it is difficult to move for older people. Shop around and try to get in writing the percentage of rent increase per year.

Atria Cinco Ranch is a great independent environment for senior citizens. It's in a great location with regards to services around it - shopping, etc. Recently the turnover has been a little high, which is concerning. And my mother says the food selection could be improved. But otherwise, it's a good place to be. It feels safe and secure. And the apartment is incredible. It has plenty of room, with a nice view of the park area and swimming pool.

It was a very nice community, but was more money. The set-up was more than, what my loved one could handle at the time.
Lived here more than 7 years. Husband and I picked this place for us and then told our daughter. It has been a wonderful experience. Recommend to all.

My complaint is that they don't come by the rooms to gather trash in the morning, like they are suppose to. My dad has his pee pads in the trash and it stinks up the room. Overall, they are a nice group of people. The other residents are so friendly. There are a few residents over 100 yrs old ,so Atria is doing something right! Good place and recommended.

My parents lived at Atria Cinco Ranch for about a year. The maintenance was not very good. The building itself was really new, but had structural problems. The quality of the food was good when they first got there, but it went downhill. The costs after a year had increased by [price removed]. The staff were nice, but nice can only go so far when you're not getting what you're supposed to get. My parents were not happy here for a few reasons; the quality of life was poor, the massive increase of monthly rent, and they were not receiving the services they were paying for.
Our family had an in person tour and it was a wonderful experience, but eh value was to high. The staff was phenomenal and the lady we met with [name removed] was the most amazing out of all of them. 5 stars across the board.
They have been very good.
I just wanted to say Thank You to all of the Atria staff!!! You have been just amazing for [name removed] and supported all of our family efforts during these last few months as well. [name removed] always, always, always had nothing but high praises for the Atria staff and the tireless efforts during challenging times. Thank you for all you do and have done.

They have a nice friendly community for my loved one. My mom loves the food and tells me this everyday. There is a good size room and nice landscaping. They have activities like arts and crafts, they also go out on trips to do things that the residents need. Kids also come and play music and they have dancing, there is always something for the residents to do here.

This community was good and the tour was nice it was just not what we were looking for environment wise for our loved one. Also there was another community that just happen to outshine and take our attention.
I think it's wonderful. They could not be more caring or helpful. And they make it such an easy process. I think moving in earlier rather than later is the better thing to do. That way you get to make your own choices, rather than having to rely on other people's choices for you. The food is good, but they have a haphazard way of serving it. For instance, today they had soup and an entrée, and we ordered both, but we only go the entrée. They do write down your order, but it seems like there's always something they forget. There are more activities than I can keep up with- they do a very good job with that. Compared to when I was living on my own, this is easier with everything combined into just one amount to pay each month. With this Covid business, they have been very careful. They follow the Mayo Clinic guidelines, and they make whatever they have to do very easy for us. They're just very careful of the residents, and they are always pleasant.

I love living here. The staff is so helpful and there are so many choices for activities. I should have moved here years ago.

The clinical staff come across as wanting to be efficient, but I don't believe that they are. They tend to make a lot of judgements that are not factual, just opinions on their part. As far as the overall cleanliness and the other residents, my mother loves it there. She doesn't like the food though because they don't put any seasoning on it. I like the activities director, and I think the activities are appropriate for what my mother can do.
