I love living here. The staff is so helpful and there are so many choices for activities. I should have moved here years ago.
The clinical staff come across as wanting to be efficient, but I don't believe that they are. They tend to make a lot of judgements that are not factual, just opinions on their part. As far as the overall cleanliness and the other residents, my mother loves it there. She doesn't like the food though because they don't put any seasoning on it. I like the activities director, and I think the activities are appropriate for what my mother can do.
My mother moved intro Atria 3 months ago and me, my family, and mother could not be happier. The staff are so friendly and the food is amazing. From the moment we walked in the door we never had a second thought as to where my mom needed to live and call home. Could not be happier.
Atria Cinco Ranch was very hard to say no to, we really liked this facility and it was our second choice. The only thing was it seemed like the residents needed more care than mom did cognitively.
Very pleased with the facility, residents very friendly, staff welcoming and beautiful apartments. Our tour included lunch and it was delicious. We will be moving to this facility!
I loved it here and would have happily put our loved one here. But she ended up in a different location with my other siblings. It was very nicely done, and the kind of place I would want to live. There were a lot of activities, and the apartments were really top-notch, modern, and spacious. The community rooms were modern, spacious, and well-kept. It didn't feel depressing - when you walked in, it felt like a high-end, very active community.
The Sales Director was engaging. They even gave us cupcakes as we left. The staff was good. The drawback was the community wasn't as new and the staff wasn't as a diverse as we had wanted.
They've been wonderful. They've been very helpful and bent over backwards to make this happen for our family. They're very conscious of the people who live there as far as restrictions go. They consider their needs and still try to make it a livable place. It's clean with no smells, and what I've seen has been nice and neat. I would definitely recommend them.
we toured this community and we really like it. The staff was very friendly and the Director is top notch. The tour was great and they were patient and answered all our questions.
My dad really enjoyed his time at Atria Cinco Ranch, it was a great experience. He said the staff members were awesome and the food is wonderful. I would highly recommend this facility.
We absolutely love the Atria. My Mom has been there for a few years and recently moved to the Life Guidance. She seems to be having a great time and very well cared for. I love the constant updates and pictures I receive showing her smiling away and enjoying Ellen’s activities. Thank you so much!
Atria Cinco Ranch is the next best thing to being in your own home. The daily routine is whatever you want it to be. The conveniences of food service, housekeeping, scheduled activities, onsite services, and the safety, security and comfort of your own living space allows one to choose the life style and friends to suit their needs. All of this is made possible by a management and support team who are committed to meeting the needs of each and every resident. They are great at taking care of the routine, and have excelled when special circumstances arise, whether they be weather, health or just the unexpected. The range of in-house services from independence, to assistance and to memory care provide convenient solutions, if they should become necessary. Our current mantra Is driven by COVID-19, “ Spread Love, Not Germs!”. The protective protocols of masks, separation and hygiene, and the participation by all are keeping us safe and extremely grateful.
Atria Cinco Ranch is a wonderful caring place! The staff is amazingly attentive! My mother has been very happy here. I recommend highly
I love this facility! We were very hesitant to ask my mother to be a full time resident of an Assisted living facility. Many residences are physically beautiful but we all know it’s the quality of the staff that matters. At Atria Cinco Ranch it’s obvious that the staff likes their work and enjoys being with and caring for the residents. The activities and even the thoughtful holiday gifts show the leadership and whole staff are aware of the residents needs. Special shout out to [names removed] and a big thank you to all the staff.
Great place for mom. Thrilled with safety measures to deal with COVID-19. All staff are very approachable and want to please.
When I moved on August Thirty-0ne The Staff of Atria said “Welcome Home” The movers had the apartment well done And the greeting surely fit the tone It wasn’t long til I felt as safe in Atria With the attentive care of our fine Staff As a bird must feel when sitting in his Aerie While I met my neighbors [names removed] My life as a resident of Assisted Living Became more enjoyable as each meal served The Chefs at Atria are beyond believing My taste for food returned as preserved The past two months living at Atria Cinco Has changed my feelings about Community A Home for Mom and Dad can really be more Than just a Place to wait for Eternity
My parents have Lived at Atria Cinco Ranch for the past year. If you ask them it is the BEST decision they have ever made. During this unforseen time, Atria has gone above and beyond, to keep them safe, well fed and entertained. The staff never skips a beat when it comes to keeping life as normal as possible, with all the uncertainty right now. Dad says the food is delicious, especially the beef tenderloin. I highly recommend Atria Cinco Ranch !
My folks moved into Independent Living at Atria Cinco Ranch 3 weeks ago. Bored stiff. Have only met 1-2 people. I totally understand lots of this has to do with Covid. Feel so sorry for the residents who live alone—-feels like a sad place. My folks just gave their 30 day notice. ??
Atria Cinco Ranch is where I have happily lived for 2 years. I didn’t look at any other places because this community was so appealing and friendly. The staff are so dedicated...always kind and helpful, under every situation. It’s actually amazing. All kinds of people live here, old and older, with many different needs and personalities. There are so many planned activities keeping the residents involved and active. Atria Cinco Ranch is a nice place to live.
I have been very pleased with Atria. We had to leave Eagles Trace because we were not getting what was offered when we first moved there. I know it is the result of covid but they were not willing to make any adjustments on their part. So in June we moved to Atira and feel that is the best thing that could have happened. Very very pleased. They go out of their way to help and to please the residents. We are always kept up to date of the cover situation or anything else that might affect the residents.
