The Highlands has been really great and very accommodating. They have also been great with communication with the families. We have been satisfied with the facility and the care that she is receiving.

The people are very friendly, there does seem to be a slight shortage of staff members right now. The management is very nice and trying their hardest. She has made some friends here and she has actually been asked to make wreaths around Christmas time for people who wanted them. They are also asking her to help with other activities since she is very creative. I would recommend them to others looking.
Read moreSunnybrook Village is very homey. The staff is really good at handling a difficult transition. They promote a welcoming group among the residents. They really helped mom integrate. The only thing that would help make everything a five is to have a better range of activities. I would like to see them do more with their activity schedule. For example they tried to have pets there periodically but couldn't always pull that together. I would also like to see some more crafts or recreational activities. But it has made a very difficult situation doable. I am pretty happy with this facility.
