[Name removed] passed in May. We liked the facility; however, once she passed it was a long wait getting funds returned. I received word refund/deposit would be one amount and when it was all said and done it was a couple thousand less the the original amount quoted. DisappointedReviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
We found that though Bay Square was very nice it was just too much like the current living situation. We really need to have more focus on dealling with memory care and we did not like the Harbor area as much as at Avida. Plus the tour guide was not as informed about our situation so the experience was just OK.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
My mother went to BaySquare after a fall at home. It was an adjustment to transition from home to an assisted living, but she quickly became very happy there. She loved the social aspects...sitting by the fireplace talking with friends, sharing meals with others, exercise classes and Bingo. The care, meals and activities provided a balance for her happiness. Her care was exceptional. The staff were personal, caring and compassionate. They took the time and really got to know her and her likes and needs. Mom's last days of life were spent at BaySquare. It was so comforting for her to be there, at home, with people she knew and loved caring for her. BaySquare's nursing staff treated her with great dignity and supported our family in this time of need. As a family member, there is nothing I would change about my mother's experience with BaySquare.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
