My parents really like it here. Their only complaint is the food. There was a problem with a chef leaving, so the food is just inconsistent. But they like the activities. Everyone seems really friendly. And the staff are very willing to help. They made the move-in process and transition go smoothly.

They've met our needs when we needed it. As my loved one's dementia journey is coming to an end, they seem to be able to meet all of the things we need them to do. They do a good job at handling the advanced stages of dementia. The rooms seem to be set up effectively. They have a monitoring system to keep track of the patients, and there's always plenty of staff around to help. The food is wonderful as well.

Some of the meals that they serve are hard for residents to chew in memory care. When I go over there the gal at the front desk is not very approachable, she can be cold and rude and she is the first person you see when you come into the building. When I try to get in on weekends sometimes I have to wait 30 minutes to get someone to let you in. Overall I would still recommend.

The opening here just feel in my lap. They were great through the whole process. The staff is pleasant and cooperative. They handle my dad's meds well, and handle all aspects of his care well. He likes to play pool here and hasn't lost a game yet. They have an exercise center they go to as a group, and they watch movies and things like that. I haven't seen an activities calendar so far.
