Windsong Care Center is awesome. I would definitely recommend it to a friend. This facility has definitely met our expectations and the entire staff including the nurses, have just been great. They kept it clean the entire time. The meals here are delicious. It has been great.

Terrible place for loved ones!
Terrible place to leave a loved one! My mother was released to their care after having an infection Friday night back this early February. That Monday she was scheduled for dialysis at noon. The nurses did not have her ready for transport nor did they have any dressings on her changed.
The nursing staff during her visit were at their station at not monitoring them. Took 30-45 mins to answer calls. When I was trying to get information from anyone they would not give me any solid answers, basically giving me the run around, including the Social Worker [name removed]. I filed complaints with the admissions director, [name removed]. No follow up there either. Finally, my mom had to be transferred back to the hospital. The nurse gave false information to my mother's condition to the EMT saying she was usually lathargic, but she is not.
Food is terrible there. Not clean at all! Only kind person there was the physical therapist named [name removed](?).
Security is not good at all there. Filed complaint to state.

They killed my father
My father went in to rehabilitate. 3 months later he was in the total care area. He had multiple issues with his catheter and had to go to the hospital. I had several meetings with the staff about his hygiene and they did nothing. He was on blood thinners because of previous blood clots. Three different visits and it was clear he had strokes. No one listened. I was there every day. His clothes, TV and snacks from his bedside refrigerator were stolen. He dedicated his younger life to holding Sunday services there for the elderly. They don't care. Do not take your loved ones here. He passed there. I, to this day cannot drive down walnut.

Review of Windsong Care Center
This is my dad's second visit here. So far, it's been great. We went back here because he liked it the first time. He is being taken care of very well. Anytime I have a question about something, all have to do is go down to the nurse's station, and they take care of it the best they can. The therapy has been great and the therapists work well with my Dad.

My loved one is here using the rehab therapy services. This is our third time using Windsong Care Center. This time around has been slow getting going but I think this has to do with the patient herself. The nurses have been good. The people here do a good job getting people back on their feet!

They really took care of my loved one. Everybody was really kind and caring. I think the staff did great, my Mother-in-Law did say at night time she would have wait a while for a response. But, we are really pleased with Windsong. They have people cleaning all the time and keep it really nice clean.

The staff was very pleasant. She's in a private room and it's very clean, they were very welcoming when we arrived. It doesn't smell and overall seems to be a clean place. They are above par for cleanliness. I just have a problem with them really taking care of her needs. Her equipment quit working and the staff didn't seem to be aware of it, and that bothers me.
