About Windrose at Woburn

Conveniently located on Main Street in Woburn, minutes from I-95, Windrose at Woburn is a purpose-designed and service-enhanced assisted living community exclusively dedicated to those with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of memory loss.

We put our rates on our website to increase transparency with our customers and their families. We know how important trust is in making this decision, and want to start establishing that from the very beginning. When you consider all of your options, compare apples to apples, and know that many other providers have a lower starting rate and then add many additional costs for things like medication assistance, care, etc. We don’t do that. Our rates are inclusive with no hidden fees.

Amenities abound at Windrose of Woburn. It is designed to promote resident interaction through research-based, resident-driven programming conveniently located right outside our apartment doors. Each neighborhood offers a dining room and common areas to encourage resident choice. In addition, our community has a spa with specialty spa-tub and hair and nail salon.

We are excited to be collaborating with The Center for Brain/Mind Medicine and The Center for Alzheimer’s Research and Treatment at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School, enabling us to provide the best in purposeful programming and lifestyle interventions to promote healthy cognitive and brain aging throughout our community. It also empowers us to have our finger on the pulse of advancements in dementia treatment, new diagnostic techniques, and innovative non-pharmacological interventions and programming initiatives. As well, we have access to their clinicians and their studies, provide the community-at-large and family members with educational opportunities, and conduct specialized employee training.

Our residents experience the peace of mind knowing that our Care Associates are just a step away to provide support anytime during the day or night. Also, our Resident Care Director ensures a personalized care plan is created and monitored for each resident with the goal of keeping them strong and healthy for years to come.

Our specially-trained Reflections Director and Care Associates, all Certified Dementia Practitioners, focus on providing a purposeful and structured day in a safe and empowering environment. Also, all medication administration is performed by a licensed nurse at no additional cost to our Reflections residents.

We Love Helping Families Find the Right Senior Care

"My mother called me today to tell me, that at age 94, she is in love for the first time in her life. She loves the retirement community, has friends now, has activities, and she has blossomed. I was so sure she was headed for a dementia unit and suddenly, she is this new person. I couldn't have done any of this without your help and support every step of the way. You have been amazingly helpful and supportive."

Caroline L., Found Assisted Living in Boston, MA

"My advisor assured me he would steer me in the right direction. He gave me options, prices, insurance options, and the best scenarios for my grandmother's situation. This is the very first time I am feeling a load off my shoulders. He has taken control in the correct manner, leading me in the right direction with providing me options I would never ever know about."
