He is easily accessible, open to feedback and always responsive when we have a question or need. He is calm, kind and always professional to the residents, staff and visitors. He goes out of his way to assist residents with any concern or request. After a health incident she began to be uneasy about being alone at night and consented for me to investigate the possibilities. When my husband and I toured Waltonwood at Lake Boone, which is so near our home and near my mother’s longtime Raleigh home, we felt very very good. My mother later agreed to a tour and was greeted by a lovely kind resident who acted as host for the tour. My mother immediately signed a commitment. The facility is lovely. It is very finely decorated, well maintained, has a fantastic and thoughtful layout with tall ceilings throughout including 10 foot ceilings in the apartments and beautiful common rooms each with a fireplace that is always on. She tells me often that the food is good. The staff has been friendly, thoughtful and patient.
