In 1981, Mary Ann’s vision became reality with the completion of Twin Oaks Estate in O’Fallon, Missouri. After working together for 19 years, family members joined in a partnership to bring Twin Oaks Estate to its fullest potential. Tim and Kathy Blattel, Kim Bauer, and Leon and Louise Blattel worked together committing their time and efforts to create a wonderful loving environment for every Twin Oaks Resident.
