Visitor
There is no communication on Trillium Lodge website or Vancouver Island Health website about doing Covid 19 testing every 4 days before visiting a relative. Nor is it posted on their entry door to this Facility. The greeter was very rude about this when I informed her on October 30, 2022.

A Jewel for Loving Care and Stunning Garden
My dear mom was a resident at Trillium Lodge for 3 and a half years. She was so well taken care of and as I live in Florida, was always rest-assured that when I left her after a visit she was in caring, compassionate hands. They have wonderful activities with visiting artists and performers, physical therapy and even a bagpipe band performed this past fall and it was such fun for everyone. The outdoor garden and patio is breathtaking with a pergola, scattered shaded seating areas surrounded by flowers. My mom was in a shared room and so she never felt isolated and alone with a gorgeous enormous window overlooking the woods. We enjoyed viewing birds and bunnies to our hearts content. The open kitchen and lounge allow families to gather and share meals, visit, have tea, play games or watch classic movies and piano concerts. Highly recommend for your loved one.

Frequently Asked Questions
about Trillium Lodge

A Place for Mom has scored Trillium Lodge 1 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.

We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.

Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
