The Woodlands
The Woodlands is a three-story condominium community with a centrally located elevator and staircase. The building consists of fifty-two units ranging in size from 700 square feet to 1,444 square feet. Each condo features a deluxe kitchen, sunroom, living area, laundry room, wall-to-wall carpet, and handicapped accessible bathroom. Every unit also comes equipped with individual temperature control, high-speed internet connection, and cable TV.
The Woodlands also offers casual dining served by a professional staff, with the option of a meal plan. A full continental breakfast is served Monday through Friday with a full brunch available to residents on Sundays. In addition to 24-hour security and Concierge services, each resident is free to enjoy almost 13,000 square feet of community living space featuring private dining and lounge areas, a home theater, a game room, library/card room, a fitness center, and cozy seating to enjoy chats with friends by the fireplace. These inviting, stylish spaces are ideal for entertaining family and friends and to socialize with your neighbors. The Woodlands provides many optional services, which may include additional fees, such as housekeeping, personal transportation, a beauty salon, emergency pendant monitoring, and Catered Care. Our Concierge is available to coordinate planned activities and social events and take reservations for dinner and Sunday Brunch.
