Our Experience
The exterior of the property needs a lot better maintenance, ie: leaves need to raked more often, broken bench needs to be thrown away. The 3 aides were super friendly, helpful, accommodating, and very genuine. Communication with the family seemed to be timely and clear. The move in process was very top rated: they ordered bed, oxygen, very help with my father's personal items. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. There were so many instances where the aides made accommodations with furniture, TV, buzzer, various things in my father's room and as well as at the dining room table seating, tray, wheel chair, beverages, snacks, etc. I do surely recommend real weekly activities for the blind as well as at least once a month off-site activity. Even though my father was blind, he was 100% able and very capable of sharing history, as well as, remembering landmarks, geography, politicians, sports, inventions medical trends, and the list goes infinitely.

The Tour
I thought this community was okay. I didn't care for it, the size was not what I wanted. The person who gave the tour did a good job and they were able to answer question I had. This home was smaller than what I wanted and if they made it more bigger it could improve.

The Manor at Saratoga offers Private and Semi-Private. Learn more.

A Place for Mom has scored The Manor at Saratoga 8.5 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.

We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.

Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
