Most two bedroom plans have a sunroom. Each home in this gated, controlled access community is equipped with its own security system with daily check-in feature. Delightful details such as 9’ ceilings, crown molding, custom cabinets, hardwood floored foyers, ceramic tile floored bathrooms all combine to make gracious living a reality. Roomy closets including a walk-in closet in the master bedroom, plus floored attic make wonderful storage for your indispensable treasures. All homes have a single car garage with automatic door, deep covered front porches and back patios.

Our reasonable monthly fee includes all utilities, trash pickup, pest control, security system, expanded cable TV, interior and exterior maintenance, landscaping with in-ground irrigation system. Dogs 20 pounds and under and de-clawed cats are allowed with payment of a non-refundable pet fee.
