The Covington

The Covington is an assisted living facility located in North Raleigh about two miles from Rex Hospital. Our residents enjoy a lifestyle that enables them to develop new friends, many of whom have the same background and interests.In addition to providing basic needs such as meals, housekeeping, laundry service and medication management, our residents are kept active and entertained with the many activities provided. Besides the regular activities, our Activities Director schedules many special activities. Our dietician makes sure our residents get three nutritious meals each day plus snacks are offered three times a day. All diets are per physician’s orders.We have both private and semi-private rooms. Each room has its own bathroom, call bell system and individually controlled heat and air. Our resident’s rooms are furnished, but residents are welcome to bring their own furnishings or simply bring their special family photographs.The building is staffed 24 hours a day with trained, compassionate caregivers. We accept private and Special Assistance.
