Our Care Home, located in the serene country side of Sacramento County, is nicely set in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, which is especially conducive to our clients who require this serene environment to minimize anxiety and agitation. We are also centrally located near a wide arrsy of community acilities such as churches, shopping centers, restaurants, movie theaters, public transportation and parks. Mercy San Juan Hospital and numerious other medical services are only two minutes away from our care home. Our services include, three nutritiously balanced meals and unlimited snacks daily. Special diets available as needed. Asistance with medications in accordance with physicians's instructions. Transportation arrangements to medical & dental appointments, beauty shops, etc. Daily monitoring of health status, changes in physical, mental, emotional and social functioning. Activity programs for socializing and recreation, birthday parties & special event celebrations. Laundry and daily house keeping service. Assistance with dressing, grooming, bathing and toileting. Adequate number of staff to provide care and supervision to meet all client's needs. Types of Activities: Bingo night, International night(Dinner), Gardining, Walks to local park, outings to Apple Hill, Daffodil Hill, restaurants, etc., easy exercise for mobility, arts & crafts. Future activities may include Casino night, and entertainment, ie., magicians, singers, chiors, musical bands.
