About South Connellsville Personal Care Home

We are a 29 bed one story personal care home that was established in 1989. We are located in Southwestern Pennsylvania, close to town and provide quality care to residents over the age of 60. We strive to help our residents maintain their highest level of independence. We adapt our services to meet their growing needs. Each resident has an individualized care plan so that the staff knows how to meet each one of their needs. Our goal is to enhance each resident's quality of life in a caring, loving environment. The administrator is a licensed registered nurse who purchased the home in May of 2012.
Our staff goes the extra mile with resident care. It is a priority for us to help the residents feel at home where they can feel safe and at ease. We encourage family support and activities that enhance quality of life. This facility has been in operation since 1989 and we work hard to continue to provide exceptional care. It is important for families to have peace of mind when they place their loved one and we continually strive to meet that expectation.
